 Most custom reins can be ready to ship within 5 business days. Materials that are needed to complete an order from an outside vendor may effect this time. We will keep you updated and always preface shipping with a confirmation photo to ensure your satisfaction with the order.

Once an order is physically started, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. We do offer store credit when warranted.
